In every aluminum siding case and in some cases with vinyl siding, the sun and weather will bleach the color or cause fading. Power washing, which entails removal of chalky, gritty or failing surface materials may cause the faded aspects of the vinyl or aluminum to stand out.  David Bender’s Dryer Vent Cleaning & Pressure Washing, LLC will not be responsible for such conditions and will not be responsible for loose mortar that may dislodge during the cleaning process.

11) Stains: Some stains cannot be removed by power washing. Tree sap, artillery fungus, splatters from stains, oil stains and paints are examples of materials that cannot be removed by conventional means. We make every attempt to point these areas out to the customer when quoting the project. Sometimes these stains cannot be removed at all.  David Bender’s Dryer Vent Cleaning & Pressure Washing, LLC cannot guarantee removal of artillery fungus from exterior house surfaces

12) Watertight: David Bender’s Dryer Vent Cleaning & Pressure Washing, LLC expects your property to be in good repair and weather tight. This includes, but is not limited to all electrical service including receptacles and light fixtures. Doors and windows shall also be weathertight.  David Bender’s Dryer Vent Cleaning & Pressure Washing, LLC is not responsible for damages as a result of water infiltration from poor or improper installation, maintenance or repair of electrical related items or doors or windows.

13) Window Spotting: Windows may become water spotted as a result of our services. Window cleaning is NOT included. Remember, we will be using your water source, which is not general filtered.

14) Concrete: The appearance of concrete depends on a number of factors most linked to when the concrete was initially poured and cured. When concrete with dirt, mold, mildew, algae and other pollutants and stains is cleaned, the concrete will then reveal any and all imperfections that the pollutants and stains have covered up. The customer understands that not all concrete will look the same even on the same driveway, patio, sidewalk or concrete slab.

15) Roof wash acknowledgement - When David Bender’s Dryer Vent Cleaning & Pressure Washing, LLC  completes a roof wash service, client understands that all roofs react to our solution differently and results will vary. Our solution is guaranteed to completely kill any damaging growths such as algae, moss, or lichen. Client understands that the roof will show results of a cleaning but in some instances, it may take more time to completely remove the dead growths. This happens due to many factors such as age of roof, type of shingle, location, and the amount of buildup. It is understood that there is potential to have some light brown areas that remain after treatment. These light brown areas are dead algae which previous to treatment were black streaks. If this occurs, client understands it will take some time for the remaining dead algae to come off with assistance of natural elements such as sun exposure and rain. If roof has moss or lichen growth it will take up to 12 months for those to completely fall off. Since we do not use high pressure, we let our solution do the work. If the growth is deep into the shingle it will take more time for it to remove. Those growths will turn white when treated with our solution. The client understands that the growths will dry out and fall off as the natural elements such as wind and rain assist with the removal process. Client also understands that our cleaning solution is specifically designed for our cleaning services and it will not cause any discoloration or damage to the roof.

16) Gutter Cleaning - upon request, debris will be removed from gutters to allow gutters to flow properly. We are Not responsible for any damaged or broken gutters or related hardware. Debris we remove from gutters will be transferred to the edges of clients property. A variety of methods are used to clear debris, to include removal by hand, leaf blower or vacuuming.  Rinsing or flushing is not always included and may incur additional costs. Gutter debris removal will require additional charges that will be agreed  upon in advance of the service.

17)Fish Ponds - It is the responsibility of the client to properly cover any and all fish ponds that are within 50 feet of the house. Some homes use the house guttering to supply water to the fish ponds. In this case, the homeowner is responsible for removing these drains in advance of the service. The client is responsible for informing David Bender’s Dryer Vent Cleaning & Pressure Washing, LLC  of any type of fish ponds on the property in advance of the service.

18)Poor drainage or standing water. David Bender’s Dryer Vent Cleaning & Pressure Washing, LLC is not responsible for water which may accumulate in areas with poor or inadequate drainage.  Our mission is to properly and thoroughly clean desired areas; however if water happens to pool in these areas after cleaning is done it will not be our responsibility to get all the water up and it may dry and leave behind a soiled area.  It is the homeowners responsibility to have proper water runoff.  Sidewalks and patio areas are the most common areas with poor drainage.
